disappointing bed size

the staff helped with directions and information about getting around

i booked a king size bed but the actual bed was a regular queen bed i checked the website for the dimensions but the page had a 404 error the receptionist defended an unfair position

superb location beautiful artwork excellent breakfast small room missing desk dark room

The location was superb. I also really liked the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the building. The excellent breakfast included many options to choose from.

My room was quite small. There wasn't even a desk inside it. The room did not have much sunlight either. It felt rather dark.
